Mr. Geikhman joined the Company in 1970 and since then has held various offices at the Company, including that of Deputy General Director of Economic and Foreign Relations for eight years.

He has been acting as General Director since 1996.

Mr. Geikhman is a graduate of the Leningrad Technological Institute of 1969. In 1990 Mr. Geikhman graduated from the Higher Commercial School of Academy of National economy.

Mr. Birman joined the Company in 1980, where he performed various metallurgical functions, including Deputy Head of a hydrometallurgical plant, before leaving to join Konversia Corporation as Economics Director in June 1990.

From 1992 till 1996, Mr. Birman worked as Managing Director at Binom, an investment company.

In 1996, Mr. Birman returned to the Company as Deputy General Director.

He assumed his current role as Finance Director in 1997. Mr. Birman is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Akzhal Mine.

Mr. Birman is a graduate of the Moscow Steel and Alloys Institute.

Mr. Galovich has served as Head of the General Export department of Yugoslav Trade Ministry, including a period as representative in Iran.

He joined Euromin S.A. in 1990 and has been head of the Urals representative office since 1994.

Prior to becoming a Commercial Director of CZP in 2003, Mr. Galovich represented Euromin on the Compnay’s Board.

Mr. Galovich is a graduate of the Belgrade College of Foreign Trade.

Mr. Zatonsky has been working at CZP since 1988.

Prior to becoming Production Director in 2003, he served as Head of Electrolysis shop. In 2007 he was appointed as Deputy General Director.

Mr. Zatonsky graduated from Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute.

He was born in 1966.

Mr. Krokhalyov-Lyalin joined CZP in July 1992 as Head of Planning department and was appointed Chief Accountant in February 1995.Mr.

Krokhalyov-Lyaline graduated from the Financial Institute in Chelyabinsk.

He was born in 1956.

Mr. Ryzhiy joined CZP in 2002 as Personnel Director. From 1997 to 2002, he was General Director of LLC SP Otel. Mr. Ryzhiy is a graduate of Chelyabinsk State University. He was born in 1959.

Mr. Reshetnikov has been working at CZP since 1983. Prior to his appointment as Technical Director in 2007 he had acted as Deputy Technical Director of Reconstruction since 2003.
Mr. Reshetnikov is a graduate of Ural Polytechnic Institute. He was born in 1959.

Mr. Dybunov joined CZP in 1995. Since 2004 he has been working as Head of Technical Service and Repairs. In 2007 he was appointed as Director of Construction and Repairs.
Mr. Dybunov is a graduate of Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute. He was born in 1954

Mr. Zagrebin has been working at CZP since 2000. He was appointed as Counselor of Technical Director for Mining in 2006 and became a Mining Director in 2007.

He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Akzhal Mine.
Mr. Zagrebin is a graduate of Ural State Technical University. He was born in 1972.
